Upgraded Portal Axle Set for Axial SCX24

The Front and Rear portal axle housings assembled are the upgraded parts for the Horizon Axial 1/24 SCX24 model. The compatible models are (AXI90081T1, AXI90081T2); (AXI00001T1, AXI00001T2); (AXI00002T1, AXI00002T2); and (AXI00005T1, AXI00005T2). These portal axles replace #AXI31609 and #AXI31610.

The portal axles provide abundant ground clearance, offering a consistent feel when ascending and descending various terrains. However, after upgrading the motor, excessive power can potentially damage the portal axles. To address this, the portal CVD drive shaft axle has been designed to fix this problem.

The portal axle housing is constructed using a combination of Aluminum Alloy, Brass, and Steel materials. Brass increases the overall weight and stability of the hobby car. The components are hard-anodized and CNC machined, with a PTFE coating on the hardened Alloy 6061-T6. The lightweight Aluminum Alloy material ensures durability and improves the overall performance of the portal axle housing.
