Digital Servo Full Metal Gear High Torque Waterproof for RC Vehicles

DS3225MG RC hobby servos are designed for remotely operating model vehicles, such as cars, airplanes, and robots. This new item is a very good choice for students and hobbyists, and it will not let you down! The servo provides the functionality of a lightweight, standard-sized servo with high-speed, high-torque, water-resistant, sensitive, and responsive performance.

The servo features an all-metal gear train, digital control electronics, and two ball bearings on the output shaft for reduced friction, making it a great actuator for robotic projects. It also offers easy access to the rest-point adjustment potentiometer.

Electrically, the servo operates on a voltage range of 4.8 - 6.8V, with a speed of 0.15 sec/60 degree at 5.0V and 0.13 sec/60 degree at 6.8V. It delivers a stall torque of 21kg/cm at 5.0V and 25kg/cm at 6.8V.

The servo uses a PWM (Pulse Width Modification) control system with a pulse width range of 500~2500 μsec, a neutral position of 1500μsec, and a running degree of 270° (when 500~2500 μsec). The dead band width is 3 μsec, and the operating frequency is 50-330Hz. The rotating direction is counterclockwise when the pulse width is 500~2500 μsec.

Mechanically, the servo has a gear ratio of 275, double bearings, and a 3-pole motor. It has a waterproof performance of IP66 and a connector wire length of 17.7 inches (450mm).

The package includes 1 x DS3225MG Digital Servo and 1 x 25T Adjustable metal servo arm. There are also additional options available, such as packs of 2 servos with higher torque capacities (20KG, 25KG, and 35KG), as well as 35KG and 45KG coreless digital servos, and 35KG 7.4V digital servos.

The new model, DS3225MG, features more torque and higher speed, a longer power cord (up to 15.75 inches/40cm), and a 25T adjustable metal servo arm. It is best suited for DIY projects, including 1/8 and 1/10 scale crawlers, trucks, buggies, robotic arms, and any application where standard servos are used. The servo is equipped with high-precision potentiometers and a high-resolution digital chip, ensuring stable performance, fast response, strong anti-interference ability, low noise, and fast heat dissipation. The dimensions of the servo are 1.57 x 0.78 x 1.59 in (40 x 20 x 40.5 mm), and it weighs 2.64 oz (75g).
